Advise on procedure and requirement for staff termination and mass-lay off, and other disciplinary actions
Draft and advise on internal rules, employee handbooks and other related policies and register the same with Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training or relevant provincial and municipal departments
Handling labor unions, strikes, lock-outs and negotiate individual and collective labor dispute and representing clients before the labor court and arbitration
