- Conduct legal due diligence on banking institutions for acquisition, merger or takeover

- Apply for banking or microfinance licenses and incorporation of foreign and local banks
- Issue specific legal opinions for loans and other credit facilities
- Advise on Financial Lease and all kind of payment instruments and third party processors arrangements
- Assist with debt recovery and security enforcement
